The BruNotts Society is organising the Leavers’ BBQ for all our beloved BruNotts members. Please RSVP as soon as possible as we need to count the number of people attending especially to participating leavers and volunteers.

We need all the Leavers to sign up the spreadsheet if you want to play (TRUST US, YOU WOULD WANT TO PLAY ;) )

so we can adjust the shirt according to the game. If you are unable to play, or can’t make it to the event but you want the shirt, please tell us in advance.  A gentle reminder to everyone, the deadline for doing this is on the 17th May 2012.

We also need some volunteers (non-leavers) for the game! (Especially one that has a camera with good video quality hehe) Volunteers will participate in the game but will not be able to play and also other stuffs. Just write your name in the spreadsheet provided, first come first serve! ;)

These spots are open for all the first and second year students. We will email the volunteers their individual task.

This event will be free for the Leavers only, non-leavers will have to pay £3 entrance fee.

The Game will start insya Allah at 10.20am, so players don’t be late!

The Dress Code will be running attire. Bear in mind, there will be some strenuous physical movement involved.
